Refunds and Returns Procedures

We hope you love everything you order from Stonebriar Spa. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics or fragrances, apparel that has been opened or worn (t-shirts, robes, slippers, sleepwear, etc.), clearance/sale merchandise, or any skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).

Please note the following:

Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please have your package post marked and sent to Stonebriar Spa within 30 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

  • All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash or check refunds.
  • Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or USPS).
  • Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
