Getting Started
Ordering from Stonebriar Spa is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will be asked to create an account using your e-mail address and password when you place your first order. The purpose of this account is for ease of online ordering.
Finding Items
You may search for products using the specific name or by its description. A keyword search box is located on the top of every page of our shop. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Buy Now" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can use the "Continue shopping" link, category lists along the left side or search box to continue shopping. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking in the Shopping Cart area on the right side of every page of our Web site or on the "View Cart" button. Product quantities can be changed by entering a new quantity in the quantity box and clicking the "Update Totals" button. Once you have all of the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Go to Checkout" from the Shopping Cart page.
Signing In
If you are an existing customer you can log in at any time by entering your e-mail address and password. If you are a new customer you will be asked to provide your e-mail address and password when your first order is placed at the bottom of the page where you will enter your billing and shipping information.
Billing Information
The second step of the ordering process is entering your billing and shipping address information. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address you can simply check the "Same as billing info" box. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. You will also be asked to enter your credit card information which will be securely transmitted to our server. If you would like to receive our shop newsletter which features special offers, check the "Do you want to receive our newsletters?" box. When all of your information is complete click on the "Verify My Info" button to move to verify your information and move to the Order Confirmation and Shipping Options page.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Options
Once your information has been verified you will be able to select your shipping options and review your order. Your order will not be placed until you click on the "Complete Order" button.
Receipt
Upon completion of your order a receipt will be displayed. You will also receive a copy of your receipt by e-mail. A copy of your receipt is stored with your account for you to review at anytime.
Account Info
You can review your account info at anytime by clicking on the "Account Info" button. If you are not logged in you will be prompted to do so. From the Account Info section you can update your account information and view your order history. Your credit card number is not stored with your account.
