Relaxing

Unwind with a treatment that uses swedish massage strokes in a gentle, rhythmic motion to relax soft body tissue and facilitate healing. This light to medium pressure massage includes long flowing strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the superficial layers of the muscles.

Deep Pressure

This intense massage treatment targets deeper layers of muscle tissue integrating overall tension release through deeper pressure to alleviate chronic muscle tension and relieve activity-induced soreness. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense.

Sports

An invigorating massage providing intense pressure with stretching to loosen, warm up and ready the muscles for intensive use. Beneficial in increasing circulation, flexibility and preventing injury.

Fire and Ice

Chronic tension is released with slow methodical strokes and trigger point techniques either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. Using heated and cooled compresses the therapist can reduce pain, increase range of motion, and relieve muscle spasms. Alternating application of heat and cold, the heat expands the blood vessels and the cold constricts them, causing a flushing action. This technique increases circulation to enhance healing and relieve pain.

Ultimate Reflexology

Paraffin wax warms the hands and feet to soothe aches and pains. Pressure is then applied to reflex points on the hands and feet that correlate with the body's organs and glands. A unique sense of well being is reached through these reflex points.

Pregnancy

For the mother-to-be, specially trained therapists cater to the individual needs of women during this miraculous time of their lives. An ideal massage to relax, increase energy, relieve discomfort and help prepare the body for labor. A special pillow may be used for additional support and comfort.

Hands and feet are exfoliated with a sugar and salt scrub and then treated to an ultra-hydrating experience. Shea butter lotion is gently massaged on the hands and feet then sealed with warm mitts.

Zents Infusion

This unique hand and feet treatment is ultra pampering and relaxing, providing intense conditioning in a personalized scent that nourishes hands and feet. Your personal Zents scent(s) will be used in the refreshing hand and feet bath to begin your scent journey. A highly effective sugar and salt product will be used to scrub your hands and/or feet and lower legs. Warm melted shea butter will be drizzled on your feet and massaged for a deep conditioning mask treatment. Olive Oil

Babor's decadent treat for the hands and feet. Hands are treated with an intensive salt and oil peel for silky-soft hands and massaged with hand cream infused with daisy extracts to inhibit melanin formation thereby reducing age spots.
